To develop and supervise periodic maintenance schedules

To monitor and prepare daily vessels’ performance reports

To provide monthly ships performance reports

To provide monthly operational expenses statements

To provide precise operational budgets for repairs and maintenance

To provide recommendations on latest and up-to-date information received from local and international shipping associations

To assist ship owners on claims from P and I Clubs in relation to crew insurance, salvage, cargo loss etc

To assist ship owners in arrangement for the insurance (H&M) in relation to the ship
